Open Door Bible Church is an elder-led church with four elders:

Bob Snyder, Pastor – graduate of Central Seminary (MN) and Southern Seminary (KY), husband of Jinna Snyder (since 1990), father of six children (Paul, Laura, Noah, Owen, Joseph, and Mary)

Randy Eilders, Associate Pastor – graduate of Southern Seminary (KY), trained in Log College, engaged to fiancee Susan

Jim Darr, Elder – retired self-employed welder, husband of Carole, father and grandfather

Tim Guest, Elder – retired teacher and job-placement coordinator, husband of Judy, father and grandfather
